We are Brew: Creative Media, a Minneapolis-based strategic media agency founded in 2006.

Our mission is to help businesses create mutually rewarding and positive brand experiences for their customers.

At our core, we are planners. Objective planners. We plan for how people use media dynamically for shopping, entertainment and engaging with brands daily. Our strategic planning process applies insights to choreograph the myriad ways people interact and converse with your brand, products and services.

Unburdened by the structure of a traditional agency, we’re uniquely suited to neutrality, creativity and collaboration.

For two decades, Michelle has collaborated with clients and agencies to create strategic media plans and breakthrough campaigns with measurable results.

A connection planning pioneer in the United States, Michelle launched this discipline in 1999 at Fallon Worldwide, where she was the connection planning director.

In 2006, Michelle started Brew: Creative Media with the goal of providing clients with fully integrated, cross-media plans.

Michelle has served as an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas, regularly teaching the course Social Media in Advertising and Public Relations. In 2016, she joined the faculty of the University of Minnesota, where she teaches the course Integrating Strategic Communications Across Media in the master’s program in strategic communication.
